A true testament to simplicity, Nysa Villa, Igatpuri, is a 3-bedroom private villa in Igatpuri that offers just the quietude you need on a weekend getaway. The warm hospitality by our caretakers will ensure you have a memorable stay. Enjoy authentic home-cooked meals prepared by our cook. The villa is properly fenced.

Each item in the home has a precious sentimental value. Guests are requested to treat the home as their own. In case of power outage, there is an inverter at the home. The ACs and geysers are not hooked onto the inverters.

Blessed with greens, guests are advised to shut windows post sunset. The Villa has a sitting Swimming Pool, common living room, dining area and Terrace. Drivers or house helpers of the guests are not allowed to stay in the villa. However, their accommodation can be arranged in our Driver/Helper quarters at a nominal rate on request.

Things to know before booking

  • Check-In Time: @13:00 hrs. Check-out Time: @10:30 - 11:00 am
  • Given the increased need for hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and, in your confirmation, email need to be followed.
  • Guest will have to pay a refundable security deposit of ₹.5,000

Sleeping Arrangements

  • Each room has a double bed and 2 single beds. Can accommodate 04 adults/children in each room
  • Additional mattresses available.
