View Menu and charges

  • Package meal order need to placed 01 day prior and Ala Carte food items at least 02 hours prior
  • Items mentioned in the Menu are subject to availability.
  • We use branded cooking oil, locally sourced fresh ingredients, homemade flour and masalas
  • We follow hygiene followed by sterilizing the kitchen vessels.
  • If guest would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.

Cancellations, Refunds and related Policies

  • 50% advance payment should be deposited in the bank account or to be paid online for booking confirmation. Advance will not be refunded for any cancellation.

Terms & Conditions

  • Guest will have to pay a refundable security deposit of ₹.5,000 and the same will be refunded at the time of check out.
  • A disclaimer form is to be signed at the time of check in with photo IDs.
  • Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
  • Outside food is not allowed in the villas.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and bathrooms.
  • Guests are not allowed to cook in the kitchen, except for infant’s food with prior permission.
  • We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10pm.
  • Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
  • When using amenities like water and electricity, make sure you use them wisely not just for monetary constraints but also for environmental concerns. Don't leave taps running or appliances switched on when you don't need them.
  • Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • The swimming pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the lounge pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
  • Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables.
  • Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items or any mishaps.
  • As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof with valid address. We accept only Aadhar cards, driving licenses or passports of the guests.
  • In case of power outage, there is an inverter at the home. The ACs and geysers are not hooked onto the inverters.
  • It’s not permitted to wash clothes in the bathrooms. The villa has washing machine and dryer facilities which can be used at nominal charges.
  • Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above Villa Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
  • Blessed with greens, guests are advised to shut windows post sunset.
  • For bookings one has to deposit 50% to block the dates and remaining 50% at the time of check in along with security refundable deposit.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy

  • Our standard check-in time is 12 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
  • In case you wish to avail an earlier check-in (earliest possible is 9:00 am), charges are applicable. The rate is 20% of the tariff for that night.
  • We'd be happy to offer a complimentary late check-out by 11:00 am if there's no booking at the villa on the day of your checkout. However, we can only let you know by 8 am on your checkout date as we do accept instant online and last-minute bookings.
  • In case you wish to avail a further extended checkout (post 11:00 am), charges are applicable. The rate is 20% of the tariff for that night for a Checkout up to 3 pm, and 40% upto 6 pm. Full night charges apply thereafter.
  • It is at the discretion of Nysa, whether to offer early check-in or late check-out.
